Please fill out this form to request a space. Space is not reserved until payment is complete.

Payment information will be sent to you if there is room for you in the requested workshop. Paypal is the preferred, default method. If you need to pay by check, please indicate in the “Questions” field and an address to send the check will be forwarded.

Please note that the workshop payment is refundable up until one week before the event date. With less than one week notice, it will only be refunded if your spot can be filled by another attendee.
